Youth Strength & Conditioning


Saturdays from 12-1pm
Ages 7-12

The CrossFit Inguz youth program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development using functional exercises. We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. Our youth program is a great way to help prepare athletes for the rigorous training of team sports, or just as a way to stay active. Our class is safe and effective for youth ages 7-12, of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
