Inguz Minions & Inguz Youth
The CrossFit Inguz Kids/Youth Program is back!!!
Starting on Saturday, April 6th we will be running an 8 week kids/youth program for two different age groups (4-7 yrs old and 7-14 yrs old). The class will run on Saturday’s from 12-1pm (see full schedule below). There will be 2 coaches at the class, one for each age group. Each age group will be limited to 12 participants. To reserve a spot please register at one of the links below. If you child is on the cusp of the two age groups please register for either one and we will place them in the appropriate group based on their ability level.
Cost: $120 first child, $90 for each additional child (use code “2ndchild” at registration)

Inguz Minions: Ages 4-7
Inguz Minions is a physical activity program specifically designed to make health and fitness fun for kids of all ages! Our program offers a safe and fun environment for kids to learn to love fitness. At Inguz, we teach our kids to work hard so that they can play hard; run faster, be stronger, learn teamwork and good sportsmanship, and enjoy new activities. Our Minions are encouraged to stay active in an atmosphere with plenty of exercise disguised as games. As they progress, they will develop a sense of body awareness and coordination, as well as a growing self confidence.
Inguz Youth: Ages 7-14
The Inguz youth program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development using functional exercises. We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. Our youth program is a great way to help prepare athletes for the rigorous training of team sports, or just as a way to stay active. Our class is safe and effective for youth ages 7-14, of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
