INGUZ AT HOME WOD

“Deck of Cards”

Spades: Goblet Squats/Weighted Squat
Clubs: Burpees
Diamonds: Sit-ups
Hearts: Single Arm Dumbbell Snatches/Ground to Overhead
Aces: 21 Jumping Lunges

* The coach selects one card at a time and the entire class performs the designated reps of the movement corresponding to the suit of that card. Everyone must finish the movement before pulling another card. Score is the total time for the class to complete the entire deck.
