If you are unsure whether or not CrossFit is right for you, we invite you to try a class on us. We want all those interested in CrossFit to have the opportunity to try it out, free of any commitment. At the intro class you’ll meet with a coach who will give you a brief introduction to CrossFit, discuss your goals, and give you a tour of the facility. Then we invite you to join in on one of our group class workouts. If you are interested in scheduling a free intro please fill out the contact form below.

Step 2 – Fundamentals Program

Once you decide that you’re ready to get started, all of our prospective members at CrossFit Inguz are required to go through our Fundamentals program. Regardless of your ability level or athletic background, the Fundamentals program is designed to introduce you to the foundational movements of CrossFit. It also allows us to get to know you as an athlete so we can better incorporate you into the regular group classes. Exemptions from the Fundamentals program may be made for individuals with previous CrossFit experience.

The Fundamentals Program consists of 5 sessions (Four 60-minute class sessions and one 30-minute 1:1 consultation). Each class session, led by one of our coaches, will focus on teaching you a specific set of movements, followed by a short workout. These sessions will give you all the tools you need to be successful in our regular group classes. During the 1:1 consultation we will sit down with you to discuss your goals, expectations, and some basic nutrition strategies. You will also receive an initial InBody scan, to establish a baseline body composition measurement (body weight, lean mass, % body fat) to allow us to track your progress over time.

Cost of the program is $100 plus tax. Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm, and new sessions start on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. Step 3 – Group Class Membership

After completion of the Fundamentals Program you can pick one of our regular membership options. At this point you are ready to attend our group classes. Welcome to the family!!
