Inguz Update: On episode 20 of the CrossFit Inguz podcast Renee and Andrew discuss some exciting changes to the nutrition program at CrossFit Inguz coming in 2019. One of our goals this year is to place a greater emphasis on the importance of nutrition at the gym, so we wanted to share a bit of what we’re working on. We also discuss some important details of the Inguz Nation Throwdown, which will be held on Saturday, February 2nd, as well as details on an upcoming Nutrition Challenge which will launch in early February as well.
