**Live Virtual Classes Through Zoom Video Conferencing Start on Monday**

Effective Monday, March 23rd we will be offering live virtual classes. They will be offered Monday-Friday at 10:00am and 4:30pm, and Saturday at 9:00am. All CrossFit Inguz members should have received an email with more details on links to join each class. Please let us know if you didn’t get the email!!

4 Single DB Push Press
4 Single Arm Dumbbell Squat Cleans

20 Alt. Single Leg Squats (10 each leg)
20 Bulgarian Split Squats (10 each leg)
(rest 90 sec between each set)
