Olympic Lifting Class

1. Every 90 Seconds x 6: 3 Position Squat Snatch (high hang/low hang/floor)
* Climbing from roughly 60% to 75%. Technique focus.

2. 14min E2MOM: Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Rep Scheme 3-3-2-2-1-1-1. Work up to a heavy single.

3. 3×25 Hip Extensions
* After each set accumulate 1 minute in a plank hold.
