1. 6×2 Pause Overhead Squat (climbing)
* 3 second pause in the bottom of the squat….climbing to a heavy set. 12-15 minutes to complete.

2. Every 90 sec x 5: 2 x Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat (climbing or across)
* Technique focus, light to moderate weight only.

3. Every 2:00 x 6: 2 Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Working to a heavy double (not touch-and-go).
