OUTDOOR WORKOUT – Saturday, March 21st

ATTENTION INGUZ NATION…we will be meeting on Saturday, March 21st just before 10am in the parking lot at INGUZ for an outdoor, equipment free workout (see workout below). All Inguz members are welcome to participate.

Ground Rules: This building will be closed and off limits to all members. Please use the bathroom before coming down. Please dress warmly as we will be outside. Please avoid hugging, high fives and fist bumps. If there is a large group (20+ people) we will be splitting into two groups to ensure everyone can maintain their own personal space. We want to make sure we are doing our part and being socially responsible in terms of preventing the spread of COVID 19. We also understand the importance of keeping the community together and strong during this time. Let’s enjoy a good workout together…at a safe distance!!
