* One person working at a time, break up reps as needed between partners. Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

 

Olympic Lifting Class

1. 5×3 Overhead Squat (climbing)
* 12 minutes to work to a heavy triple.

2. Every 90 Seconds x 6: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch
* Moderate weight only. Use as technique focus.

3. 12min E2MOM: 3-Position Squat Snatch (high hang/low hang/floor)
* Climbing to a heavy set.
