5 Overhead Squat (climbing)
* Start light and work to a heavy set of 5. Perform 2-3 warm-up sets prior to working sets.

2. Every 90 Seconds x 6:
3 Power Snatch (climbing)
* Start light and work up to a heavy set of 3 touch and go reps. Perform 2-3 warm-up sets prior to working sets.

3. On the 1:00 x 7:
1 Squat Snatch (across)
* Aim for 80-90% of 1 rep max squat snatch.
