Olympic Lifting Class
1. Pausing Snatch Balance + Pausing Overhead Squat (climbing)
* Pause for 3 seconds in the bottom of each lift. 12 minutes to work on technique or work to a heavy set.
2. Every 90 Seconds x 6: Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch (across)
* Moderate weight only…no more than 65% of 1RM snatch. Use as technique focus emphasizing fast transition to receiving position.
3. 14min E2MOM: 3-3-2-2-1-1-1 Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Working to a heavy single.
