Olympic Lifting Class

1. 1 Pause Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk (climbing)
* Pause for 3 seconds in bottom position. 12 minutes to work up to a heavy set.

2. 10min E2MOM: 3 Deadlift (climbing)
* Work to a heavy touch-and-go set (not a max effort).

3. Every 90sec x 6: 3 Position Squat Clean (across or climbing)
* Moderate weight only…use as technique focus.
