14 Minute AMRAP:
20 Air Squats
20 Russian KB Swings
30 Mountain Climbers

* Alternate full movements with a partner.

Rest 1 Minute…

8 Minute AMRAP:
Partner 1: 30 ft Death Plates
Partner 2: Jump Rope

* While partner complete’s 30ft of the tuck burpee plate push partner 2 will complete as many jump rope as possible. Partner’s will switch stations when partner 1 completes the 30ft.
