Inguz Update: Know someone that might be interested in trying out a class at INGUZ?! Friday, May 7th is “Bring a Friend Friday”…all classes are free!!

3 Burpee Pull-ups  (Rx+ Ring Muscle-up)
6 Front Squats (165/105#)
9/6 Calorie Assault Bike or 15/9 Calorie Row

* There is a 25 minute time cap on this workout. Post time to the whiteboard. 

 

ACCESSORY WORK (BEYOND THE 60)

25′ Double Dumbbell Pausing Walking Lunges (pause with back knee on the ground)
25′ Double Dumbbell Walking Lunges

Dumbbells held in the front rack position

 

MOVE 45 

12 Minute AMRAP:
10 Reverse Lunge to High Kick (10 each side)
10 Squat Walk (5 steps in each direction)
10 Jump Squats with Pause in the Bottom

1 Minute Rest…

8 Minute AMRAP:
30 Plank Jacks
40 Mt. Climbers
50 Toe Taps
