Olympic Lifting Class

1. Every 90 Seconds x 6: Snatch Grip Push Press + Overhead Squat + Snatch Balance (climbing)
* Moderate weight only…use as technique focus.

2. 10min E2MOM: 3 Tempo Snatch Grip Deadlift (climbing)
* Normal pace up…4 second eccentric lower to the floor.

3. 12min E2MOM: Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Reset on the floor after the overhead squat.
