7 Box Jumps
7 Burpees

* There is a 30 minute time cap on this workout. Post time to the whiteboard.

 

SATURDAY OLYMPIC LIFTING

1. Every 90 sec x 8: 1 Split Jerk (climbing)
* Start light and work up to a heavy set.

2. 6 x 3 Front Squats (climbing)
* 12-15 minutes to work to a heavy set.

3. Every 2:00 x 6:
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Push Press
Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk
* Working to a moderate/heavy set. Reset on the floor after the push press.

5 Rounds:
(40 sec work : 20 sec rest)
Station 1: Single DB Push Press
Station 2: Reverse Crunch
Station 3: Front Rack Reverse Lunges
Station 4: Burpees
