MOVE 45 

20 Minute EMOM:
(Every Minute on the Minute)

Station 1: 15 Jump Squats
Station 2: 40 Second High Plank Hold
Station 3: 6-10 Half Burpees
Station 4: 40 Second Forearm Plank

* Each station should take no more then 40-45 seconds, giving you 15-20 seconds of rest. Adjust the reps as needed.
