50 Hang Power Cleans (155/105#)

*Runs are completed together, BMU and HPC are partitioned. There is a 35 minute time cap. Post time completed to the whiteboard.

 

ACCESSORY WORK

15 Rear Foot Elevated Double DB Split Squats

*Perform 15 reps on each leg.
