20 min AMRAP:
7 Squat Clean Thrusters (115/75#)
200 Meter Run

* Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

 

Olympic Lifting Class

1. 5×3 Snatch Grip Deadlift (climbing)
* Work to a heavy set of 3 (12 minutes cap).

2. Every 90sec x 6: Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Moderate weight only. Use as technique focus.

3. 10min EMOM: 1 Squat Snatch
* Climbing for sets 1-5, then across at a challenging weight (~80-90% of 1RM)
