8-10 Alternating DB Floor Press (each arm)
8-10 Single Arm DB Deadlifts (each leg)
8-10 Single Arm Dumbell Bent Over Row (each arm)
8-10 Dual KB Front Rack Box Pistol (each leg)
8-10 Alternating Ring Mountain Climbers (each leg)

* The goal today is quality of movement. Athletes can increase weight each round but not at the expense of form. See movement demo video below.
