Run 5 km

* Run to the end of the road and turn left. The turn-around for the 5 km will be in the parking lot of Burrows Field (on the right just past the underpass). Touch the ball field fence before returning. The goal is to complete this in 40 minutes or less. If this seems unrealistic consider scaling to a shorter distance (2.5 mile, 2 mile, etc.). If you choose to scale you can run multiple laps of the standard 1 mile route. Load up some tunes and enjoy a nice long run today. Compare to 09.24.15.
