Team “Karen” = 150 Wall Balls (20/14#)

* Waterfall start…where athlete 2 can begin once athlete 1 has completed the row. Athlete 3 can then begin once athlete 2 has completed the row. Teams cannot begin the wall balls until all three athletes have completed the bike. Athletes can break-up the wall balls however they want. Athlete 1 cannot go back to the bike until all of the wall balls have been completed. Post time to the whiteboard.
