Muscle-up Practice

* Spend 10-15 minutes working on muscle-up drills or transition practice.

 

WOD

18 EMOM:
Min 1: 5 Unbroken Muscle-ups
Min 2: 15 Unbroken Wallballs (20/14#) Rx+ (30/20#)
Min 3: 50 Unbroken Double Unders

* The goal today is lower intensity practice, working on unbroken sets of each movement. Work periods should be a MAXIMUM of 45 seconds. If athletes cannot perform the prescribed number of reps unbroken, scale accordingly. Muscle-ups will be scaled to muscle-up transitions, or C2B/pull-up/ring row practice.
