Handstand Push-up Practice

* Spend 10-15 minutes working on handstand push-up or handstand practice. Some examples are below.

 

WOD

18 EMOM:
Min 1: 5-10 Unbroken Handstand Push-ups
Min 2: 10 Unbroken Toes-to-Bar
Min 3: 50 Unbroken Double Unders

* The goal today is lower intensity practice, working on unbroken sets of each movement. Work periods should be a MAXIMUM of 45 seconds. If athletes cannot perform the prescribed number of reps unbroken, scale accordingly. Handstand push-ups can be scaled with abmats, handstand holds, or pike push-ups with feet elevated.
