Lisa’s last day at Inguz today 🙁

 

Inguz Update: Today we have to say goodbye to one of our favorites. Lisa is so much more to us than just an athlete, or even a coach. She has been with us since before Inguz even existed. She never complains, and is one of the most reliable and caring people you will ever meet. We’ve been through a lot together, and it’s been awesome to watch her grow as an athlete and more recently as a coach. We are going to miss her more than we can even describe, but we are also excited for her and Dale as they transition into retirement life!! Lisa, we all love you at Inguz…please come back and visit us often!!

Lisa will be working out at the 5:45am class on Tuesday for anyone who would like to join us in sending her off!!
