Inguz Update: All three workouts for the 2019 Inguz Nation Throwdown have been released. To participate teams must register at the link below. Workouts are also posted at the link. To receive a competition t-shirt teams must be registered by Sunday, January 27th. To facilitate forming teams we have opened the Rx division now to Male/Female/Female teams. Teams may now consist of any combination of men and women, but must have at least one guy and one girl.

Olympic Lifting Class

1. 10min E2MOM: 3 Tempo Snatch Grip Deadlift (climbing)
* Normal pace up…4 second eccentric lower to the floor.

2. Every 90 Seconds x 6: Snatch Grip Push Press + Overhead Squat + Snatch Balance (climbing)
* Moderate weight only…use as technique focus.

3. 3-Position Squat Snatch (high/low/floor)
* 12-14 minutes to work up to a heavy set.
