1 Thruster + 2 Front Squats + 3 Back Squats

– Build to a moderate set.
– Rest with time remaining.

8 Back Squats (165/115#)
10 Hand Release Push-ups
200m Run, 600 Meter Bike, or 250 Meter Row

5 Minute AMRAP:
6 Front Squats (135/95)
8 Hand Release Push-ups
150m Run, 450 Meter Bike, or 150 Meter Row

-Rest 2:00-

3 Minute AMRAP:
4 Thrusters (95/65#)
6 Hand Release Push-ups
100m Run, 300 Meter Bike, 100 Meter Row

*Post rounds and reps for each AMRAP to the whiteboard.
