A simple dry rub that gives salmon a nice kick. This recipe is quick enough for an easy weeknight meal.
For the Dry Rub:
- 2 TBSP Ground Paprika
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Instructions:
- In a small bowl mix all ingredients for the dry rub.
- Melt 2-3 TBSP of butter in another bowl, and brush salmon fillets with the melted butter to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of the dry rub onto the salmon fillets.
- Pre-heat grill to medium heat (400-450°F). Brush the grill with oil to keep salmon from sticking. Grill salmon undisturbed for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
