Membership Cancellation Request

Need to cancel on your membership at CrossFit Inguz? Fill out the membership cancellation request form to start the process. Please note that all cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to your next billing cycle date. Requests received with less than 10 days notice will be assessed a $50 cancelation fee.
