FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

Fundamentals is our comprehensive on-ramp program for all new CrossFit members. It is designed to teach you the basic, foundational movements of fitness in a safe and fun group environment. The program will give you all the tools you need to be successful in our CrossFit group classes.

How It Works

In this course you will learn all the basics. From the really simple movements like the pull-up, sit-up, squat, and burpee, to the more complicated barbell movements like the front and back squat, the deadlift, clean, and snatch.

The program consists of 4 class sessions that are held in a small group setting, so a great amount of detail and personal time is dedicated to each individual.

We have Fundamentals class times available during the day or in the evenings to fit any busy schedule.

what's included

  • Four class sessions with your on-ramp coach to teach the basics of the CrossFit movements.
  • One 30-minute 1:1 consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, and some basic nutrition strategies.
  • An initial InBody composition scan, to establish a baseline body composition measurement.
  • Two weeks of our Unlimited membership to use after completing the four Fundamentals class sessions.
