* Athletes must switch every 250m. Post time to the whiteboard.

1. On the 2:00 x 6: Overhead Squat
Set 1: 6 Reps (70-75%)
Set 2: 4 Reps (75-80%)
Set 3: 2 Reps (80-85%)
* Repeat this sequence a total of two times. Second time through should be heavier than first.

2. On the 2:00 x 10: 2 Hang Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Work to a heavy set of 2.

3. On the minute x 8: 1 Squat Snatch (across)
* Athlete’s choice on loading.
