Murph is coming…

 

Inguz Update: Memorial Day Murph is this coming Monday (May 28th). There will be no set class times on Monday. The gym will be open at 6am for an early bird heat, and then again by 8:30am for the rest of the morning. We will run heats of 12-15 athletes through the WOD every 30 minutes starting at 9am to 12pm. Athletes will be responsible for getting warmed up and ready to go prior to their chosen heat time. We will be grilling some burgers, dogs, and sausages after the workout. Nothing is required, but if you’d like you can bring a side to share.

Alternating On the Minute x 20:
Minute 1: 3 Deadlifts (climbing)
Minute 2: 10 Sit-ups + 20 Double Unders

* Start at estimated 50% of your max deadlift, and build in weight over the course of the 10 rounds. You don’t have to increase each round. Post final deadlift weight to the whiteboard.
