12min of Handstand Walk Drills

* Spend 12 minutes working on handstand walk skills and drills (see video below).

 

WOD

Every 90sec for 18min:
Station 1: 25′ Handstand Walk
Station 2: Farmers Carry (Heavy)
Station 3: 15-25 Unbroken KB Swings (1.5/1.0 pood)

* The goal for today’s WOD is lower intensity practice work. Those who can’t handstand walk can do one of the drills from the video below. The farmers carry is the length of the building down and back in the parking lot. The KB swings should be done in large sets unbroken. Try and pick a number you can complete for all 4 rounds.
