Our kids will be the leaders of the future in this ever-changing world. Giving them a structured program that will help prepare them physically, socially, and emotionally for anything life has in store for them is a great way to help them grow. CrossFit kids isn’t just a scaled down version of the CrossFit program our adult members enjoy. It is designed for kids, with their specific developmental needs and motivation in mind. Our program, for ages 5-12, will include the familiar constantly varied, functional movements, but they are presented in a way that makes it fun and safe for kids. In our action-packed class they will have the opportunity to be a leader, a listener, a team-mate, an athlete, a friend, and a champion. Class will consist of a brief discussion of goals, a warm-up, some skill work, a WOD and then a fun game. Class sizes are kept small to ensure participant safety, and all classes are led by a Certified Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Trainer.
Membership for the CrossFit Inguz Kids program is available through the purchase of a 10 or 5 session punch pass. First child is full price; brothers and sisters will receive 20% off additional memberships.
10 Session Punch Pass – $100
5 Session Punch Pass – $60
* Plus 6.35% CT State Sales Tax. Punch pass memberships have no expiry.
We will be limiting the number of participants in the program to ensure the class size is maintained at a manageable level for the instructor and the kids. Punch pass membership will be available on a first come first served basis.
Based on instructor availability there will be no CrossFit Kids Class on the following dates:
