Inguz Update: On episode 23 of the CrossFit Inguz podcast Renee and Andrew discuss 10 actionable tips that you can implement in your daily life to be more productive. We also discuss what it means to be productive, putting first things first, the different between being busy and being productive, and how to categorize your daily tasks to ensure you are spending your time on the things that are important to you.
