Olympic Lifting Class

1.  3×5 Front Squat (across)
* Work up to a moderate weight and perform 3 sets of 5 reps across.

2. 3×5 Push Press (across)
* Work up to a moderate weight and perform 3 sets of 5 reps across.

3. 12min E2MOM: Pause Squat Clean + Pause Split Jerk
* Pause for 2-3 seconds in bottom of squat and bottom of split position. Work to a moderate weight.
