“Mano y Mano”

Class Divides into 2 Teams…

3 Rounds:
Team 1: Max Calorie Assault Bike
Team 2: 400 Meter Prowler Push (2×45/25# plates)

For Teams of 2-3: 1 Bike + 1 Prowler
For Teams of 4-5: 2 Bikes + 2 Prowlers
For Teams of 6-7: 3 Bikes + 2 Prowlers

* Teams switch movements when prowler push is completed. Complete 3 rounds through the two stations (each team pushes the prowler 3 times). Score is total calories on the assault bike combined between the two teams (i.e. one score per class). Post class time, team members, number of bikes/prowlers used and total calories to the whiteboard.
