Gymnastics: Technique Work

Bar Muscle-up Practice

* Spend 10 minutes working on bar muscle-up technique drills and scaling options.

15 Minute AMRAP:
3 Bar Muscle-Ups
6 Deadlifts (225/155)
12/9 Calorie Assault Bike or 14/10 Calorie Row

* Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.

 

BEYOND THE 60

Not for Time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Strict Pull-Ups
After Each Set: 5 Double Dumbbell Tempo Romanian Deadlifts (5 sec down)

15 DB Stiff Legged Deadlifts

* Deadlifts should be slow and controlled on the way down, explode on the way up.
