Inguz Update: Tomorrow is “Bring a Friend Friday”…all regular classes are free!! If you know someone who is interested in coming to try a class at Inguz, bring them by…no prior experience needed. Just arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver, or you can have them sign it in advance through the link below…

“Deck of Cards”

For Time:
52 Cards

Hearts: Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1.0 pood)
Spades: Burpees
Clubs: AbMat Sit-Ups
Diamonds: Goblet Squats (1.5/1.0 pood)
Aces: 200 Meter Run

* The whole class operates as one team. The coach starts the workout by picking a card, the number and suit will tell you rep count and movement. The coach will pick next card when all athletes have completed the reps. The workout ends when the deck has been completed. Post time to the whiteboard.
