“How High Is Too High?”
18 Minute EMOM:
MIN 1&2 – AMRAP of…6 Tall Box Crawl-Overs (30/24″) + 12 Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatch (50/35#) + 36 Doubles Unders
MIN 3 – :40 Static Hold

* Pick up where you left off.
* Standard height is 30/24, but athletes can choose to use a higher box.
* Options for Static Hold: Plank Hold, Wall Sit, Bar Hang

20 Glute Bridge Single Arm DB Press
20 Bird Dog Crunch
200m Run
20 Double DB Deadlift
20 Abmat Sit-Ups

*For Glute bridge and bird dog crunch, complete 10 reps on one side before moving onto the next side.
