30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
Rx+ 15 Ring Muscle ups

* Ring muscle-ups will only be performed by Rx+ athletes. All other athletes will finish the burpee box jumps and proceed back to the wallballs. Post rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.
