40 Double Unders (60 Singles / Toe Taps)
20 Dumbbell Overhead Reverse Lunges (Barbell Overhead Lunge (95/65#))
40 Double Unders (60 Singles / Toe Taps)

* Switch arms every 10 reps on the overhead reverse lunge. Post rounds and reps completed to social media.
