Inguz Update: Reminder that Memorial Day Murph is this coming Monday, May 27th. The early bird heat will run at 7:00am, and then every half hour from 9:00am to 11:30am. There is a heat sign-up posted on the office whiteboard at the gym. Please write your name in the heat you’d like to attend. Food and drinks to follow…bring a side or drink to share!!

2. Every 90 sec x 7: Snatch Grip Deadlift + Snatch Pull + Power Snatch (climbing)

3. Every 90 sec x 7: Pause Squat Snatch (climbing)
* Pause for 2 seconds at knee level, and two seconds in receiving position.
