20 Minute AMRAP:
5 Dumbbell Rows (each arm) / 5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Push-ups + Dumbbell Drag
15 Goblet Squats

* Post rounds and reps completed to social media.

 

 

BODY ARMOR

3 Sets For Max Reps:
Single Arm Half-Kneeling Arnold Strict Press (Each Side)

* Rest as needed between arms and sets.

 

 

MOVE 45 AT HOME

4 Rounds:
10 Single Leg Glute Bridge
10 Single Leg Pulses
10 Second Hold
* Perform all movements on one leg before switching.
