Single Arm Half-Kneeling Arnold Strict Press (Each Side)
* Rest as needed between arms and sets.
MOVE 45 AT HOME
4 Rounds:
10 Single Leg Glute Bridge
10 Single Leg Pulses
10 Second Hold
* Perform all movements on one leg before switching.
