Station 1: 20 Wallballs (20/14#)
Station 2: 12 Toes-to-Bar
Station 3: 50ft Front Rack DB Walking Lunge (2 x 50/35#)

* One partner starts at each station. Rotate stations only when all three teammates have completed their reps. One round is counted when all three stations have been completed. Front rack lunge is done as 25ft down and back. Post total rounds and reps completed to the whiteboard.
