Station 1: 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
Station 2: Sled Pull (Heavy)
Station 3: 50 Unbroken Double Unders
Station 4: 5-15 Unbroken Handstand Push-ups

* Athletes should work for a maximum of 45 seconds at each station. The sled pull is done as one length of the building in the parking lot. The weight should be heavy to the point where it is a slow drag. The number of double unders and HSPU should be scaled to a number that can be completed for all 4 rounds.
