Ingredient List:
- 1/4 cup Steel Cut or Old Fashion Oats
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 scoop Whey Protein
- 1 cup of Your Favorite Fruit, Diced (blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple)
- 2 tbsp of Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp of Nut Butter

Directions:
- Add all ingredients except fruit to a pint sized mason jar and mix together.
- Add fruit and stir to combine.
