Overnight Oats

 

Looking for a quick breakfast option on the go. Try these overnight oats and have breakfast ready to go in the morning…

Ingredient List:

  • 1/4 cup Steel Cut or Old Fashion Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • 1 cup of Your Favorite Fruit, Diced (blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple)
  • 2 tbsp of Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp of Nut Butter
  • Nutrition Info: 554 Calories / 36 grams Protein / 59 grams Carbs / 21 grams Fat

 

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except fruit to a pint sized mason jar and mix together.
  2. Add fruit and stir to combine.
  3. Store in refrigerator overnight
  4. Wake up and enjoy!!
