Today we will be hosting our 5th annual Memorial Day Murph WOD in honor of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy and all of our other service men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. The WOD is…

For Time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run

* Partition the pull-ups, push-ups and squats as needed.

There will be no set class times on Monday. The gym will be open at 6am for an early bird heat, and then again by 8:30am for the rest of the morning. We will run heats of 12-15 athletes through the WOD every 30 minutes starting at 9am. Heats will run until everyone has had a chance to complete the WOD. There will be a heat sign-up on the office whiteboard if you would like to reserve a particular time. Athletes will be responsible for getting warmed up and ready to go prior to their chosen heat time. Weather permitting we will be grilling some burgers, dogs, and sausages after the workout. Nothing is required, but if you’d like you can bring a side to share.
