**Effective Monday, June 3rd, 2019 the 5:45am CrossFit group class will be moving to 5:15am**

Inguz Update: Starting this Friday, June 7th the first Friday of every month will be “Bring a Friend Friday”!! If you have a friend who is interested in coming to try a class at Inguz, bring them in this Friday…all classes are free. Just arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver.
