Barbells for Boobs is on Saturday!!

 

Inguz Update: Barbells for Boobs is this coming Saturday (Oct 27th)!! All teams that intend to participate in the WOD must be registered by Thursday, October 25th. You can do so at our event page HERE.

A new episode of the CrossFit Inguz podcast is available now!! On it Renee and Andrew discuss the value of tracking our workout results.
